Yes. Our ION Technology is woven into the fibers so that it cannot wash or wear out. Since we are all about transparency at Lulu we made the technology right into our outer covering of the mattress to increase the bioavailability of the properties.

How long after ordering is my mattress delivered?
Delivered to your door within 3-7 business days. Customers be advised* increased volume due to certain times of the year such as holiday seasons and COVID-19, there might be a slight delay. Please contact customer service by phone, email or chat to inquire.

If you are not sleeping well, we will refund your purchase and arrange for your mattress to be picked up at no extra charge* we require at least 28 days as our bodies are all very different and some may need more time to adjust to a new form of sleeping and receiving proper support.
How will my new Lulu mattress arrive?
The memory foam mattress will arrive compressed and will take approximately 48 hours to adjust to the room's environment. The box will measure 15" x 15" x 64" or 84".
How do I unpack my Lulu Mattress?
Your mattress will arrive compressed. Carefully open the box making sure to not cut into the fabric. Once the plastic is completely open, the mattress will spring open onto your platform or bed frame.
Do I need to flip my Lulu Mattress?
No, we have designed our mattresses to be one sided. Unlike older model innerspring mattresses, Lulu's blend of premium materials such as Natural Latex, Elastic Memory and Gel infused Foams are designed with not only comfort, but durability in mind.
How do I clean my Lulu Mattress?
The cover is a zip encasement that can be easily removed and can be washed with cold water. Air dry.
